I am going to start this on April Fool's Day.
I'll go to sleep at 10pm on March 31, and wake up at 1am.
Then I'll take a nap from 6-6:20, and wake up and start my day pretty much as normal.
I am lucky to be able to take my lunch break pretty much when I want. I'll take a nap from 11:20-11:40am.
Then, I'll take a nap from 4:40-5:00pm, just before I head home (but obviously after I've clocked out).
The first month, so I've heard, staying strictly on the schedule is very important. The first week, so I've heard, one may feel seriously sleep deprived and groggy.
So I'll try to stay right on schedule, and I'll report about how I'm feeling.
Right now, I'm practicing by waking up rigorously at 5am everyday. I'm usually pretty good about this for a few months and then kinda fall off for a month or so before I get back to it. It's a good way to prepare, I think.
Sleep Schedule:
10pm-1am core sleep
6:00 20 minute nap
11:20 20 minute nap
4:40 20 minute nap
